These Terms govern use of the UTF app, operated by UNION WY FINANCE COMPANY LLC ("UTF," "we," "us"). Using the app means you accept them. UTF is built around control: you compare, you decide.
What UTF is
UTF brings several loan options into one place. We are not a lender, a loan broker, or a credit decision maker. Every lender weighs your request under its own standards and decides whether credit is extended, and at what cost. UTF does not control those decisions.
Amounts, terms, and rates
Loan amounts range from $350 up to $4,500. Repayment terms run from 3 to 60 months. Annual percentage rates (APR) range from 6% to 35%. Any origination amount is included in the APR shown, which is capped at 35%. Representative example: a $1,000 loan at 24% APR repaid over 12 months may cost about $94.56 per month, with a total repayment of $1,134.72. Actual offers vary by lender, applicant, and state.
No guarantee
A request sent through UTF does not count as a credit application, and nothing in it guarantees funding, an approval, or any set rate.
Eligibility
Users must be at least 18 (19 in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 in Mississippi), U.S. residents, with a regular source of income and valid contact details. Lenders may set additional criteria.
Lenders, not UTF
Every offer comes from a lender. Accept it and your agreement is with that lender, under its terms. Review them before accepting.
Availability
Coverage differs by state, and some residents will not be eligible.
Changes
These Terms may change. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, where UNION WY FINANCE COMPANY LLC is organized.
